Really nicely done, I like the look of fissures in the bark, did you use displacement or just standard bump?

Thank you. I used displacement because the quality is much much higher as that of the standard bump. The standard bump just places an illusion of complexity to your object, the displacement actually changes the geometry of your object revealing much more detail and depth.

About 2 hours, but working on the material took about a whole day. You can go into great depth when it comes to the material editor, its good fun. You should definitely get your hands on Vue.
